3. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
- We ship to France, the European Union, and select international destinations.
- Import Taxes & Customs: All orders shipped outside of France may be subject to local import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees. NexusGrid is not responsible for these extra charges if applied; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and display in the carrier system.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging along with your order number.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with household members, building reception, or neighbors before reaching out. If it is still missing, contact us at nessmyfit090@gmail.com.
